In a sense, the BMW 1 Series M Coupé is a return to the past. This twin-turbo coupe with more than 335 hp reminds many BMW diehards of the early M cars, where low weight, small size and agile handling were the only things that mattered. Do we dare to improve such a focused, purpose-built machine? Yes we do.

Continuing the modular theme, our Evolution system includes the Slip-On and then adds titanium connecting pipes with resonators running back from the stock downpipe. These connecting pipes feature larger than stock diameter tubing and cast titanium flanges made in our in-house foundry for a perfect fit. In addition, the secondary catalytic converters are removed, further reducing back pressure and weight, while simultaneously deepening the exhaust note and increasing power. No ECU reprogramming is required in this configuration. The indicator light does not come on. The optional wireless kit can also be used with the Evolution system.

For the ultimate in weight reduction, tuning potential and racing sound, we offer stainless steel, catless downspouts. When used in combination with the Evolution system, this is virtually the same setup as the 1M Moto GP Safety Car. The high flow downpipes require ECU reprogramming to eliminate the check engine light and for peak power. They are only for the dedicated track day car or hardcore enthusiasts.

To complete each of the systems, we offer carbon fiber or titanium exhaust tips. Both versions feature a spherical mounting system to allow perfect alignment of all four points. The carbon fiber tips are made in our own manufacturing facility using "prepreg" cloth that is vacuum packed and autoclaved. The result is an attractive but extremely durable part.

The system drastically reduces back pressure and is an excellent starting point for further engine tuning or turbo modifications. Even when installed on an otherwise standard vehicle, a gain of 11 hp and 16 Nm / 12 lbs-ft of torque is achieved. Furthermore, a weight reduction of 9 kg / 19 lbs. Has been realized.

If the high-flow downpipes are added and adjusted, a total of 70 horsepower can be found without any other adjustments.
