The new Evolution exhaust system consists of newly developed dual exhaust mufflers and exhaust valves, optimized flow pipes and a unique X-shaped cast titanium part with resonators. The X-tube, valves and flange construction are produced in our foundry. To complete this work of art, we have a choice of polished titanium and aerospace carbon fiber exhaust pipes.

The Evolution system reduces back pressure and gives the M6 more power and torque across the entire speed range. It increases responsiveness. The Evolution system offers an even greater weight difference, improving the power-to-weight ratio. Profits are achieved without removing the catalysts. When developing this system, we mainly focused on sound. An M6 with the Evolution system delivers a deep, aggressive roar when driven hard, with a boom coming from the unique exhaust pipes when shifting and accelerating. To top it all off, the Evolution system is drone-free and works well with the M6's active noise cancellation system, as does the valve system, which is controlled via the M6's settings.
