Maranello has outdone itself again. The 458 Italia is perhaps one of the most impressive road cars ever designed. With its lightweight construction, technical innovations and 570 hp, 4.5 liter engine that spins up to 9,000 rpm, it is a driving experience that cannot be easily forgotten.

To further add to the excitement of this car, Akrapoviè has designed a completely new aftermarket muffler system made entirely of titanium. Our triple exhaust system with dual exhaust valves provides a muffled sound at low revs (although sharper than standard). At higher revs, however, it is fully revealed in the incredible sound of the F1-inspired, high-revving V8. Also included is a new carbon fiber/titanium exhaust pipe kit. Subtle and understated, the new exhaust pipe kit makes it clear that this is not a standard car. In addition, we offer optional, lightweight, high-flow catalyst/connection lines. Used in conjunction with the muffler system, the sound is even more aggressive, similar to the 458 Challenge Car.

The 458 is no stranger to performance. Nevertheless, we were able to get even more horsepower out of this jewel of an engine. With the Slip-On system installed, a gain of 9 hp and 22 Nm of torque is achieved. When the high-flow catalytic converters are added, a total of 11 hp and 26 Nm of torque are found.

With a car of this design, weight savings are incredibly difficult to achieve. It was striking that we were able to shave 8 kilos from the inventory system. If both the silencer system and the high-flow catalytic converter are used, an astonishing reduction of 14 kilograms is achieved! This weight saving, combined with the extra power and improved sound our system provides, makes a great car truly unforgettable.
