We offer two exhaust configurations for the Nissan 370Z. Both are made of high-quality stainless steel. The first is our Slip-On (rear axle) system. A finely crafted replacement muffler system, it installs easily using the original mounting points. The Evolution system uses the same muffler as the Slip-On system. However, it also includes high-flow link pipes with integrated resonators and crossover pipe that replace the entire exhaust system of the catalytic converters. With both systems you can choose between 125mm exhaust pipes made of titanium (sandblasted and coated) or aerospace-grade carbon fiber. At Akrapoviè we strive to make cars sound the way they were meant to. The 370Z is no exception. The Evolution system is much more racer-inspired with an aggressive character. It encourages the driver to rev the engine higher. Although the Evolution system is louder than the Slip-On, both are still perfectly acceptable for everyday use and don't have any thump that would otherwise ruin the driving experience. There is not only a power gain at or near the redline, but across the entire rev range. The Evolution system provides a significant performance improvement. A gain of 13 hp and 10 Nm of torque is generated, as well as a weight reduction of 4 kg compared to stock. The Evolution exhaust makes a noticeable difference in power from around 3,000 rpm to redline - that is, right in the range where the sound is also most enjoyable.
