Product description

This product is made of high quality titanium , with the parts being sandblasted and coated for durability. This new header set has routing designed to perfectly direct the gas flow. This innovative design, which showcases the special crossover pipes in the manifolds, cast in the Akrapovič titanium foundry, comes directly from race-proven exhaust systems, and this is the first time it is used in an aftermarket car exhaust from Akrapovic. This masterpiece of engineering has been designed solely to optimize the mid-range performance of the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) . Many parts in the headers are cast in-house and the full use of titanium results in a weight saving of 3.8kg, which is 28% lighter than the standard equivalent.

Tuned quarter-length resonators, together with the catalysts, ensure the sound quality and the absence of any distortion or unwanted frequencies, creating a unique sonic experience. The combination of an Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) and Evolution Header Set (Titanium), developed exclusively for use on closed circuit competition circuits, provides a power increase of 16.6 kW (22.6 hp) at 4,550 rpm and 35.2 Nm at 4,550 rpm. torque at 4,500 rpm, tested on the Akrapovič test bench against a Porsche 911 GT3 (992) with a standard stock exhaust.

When installing the Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) on vehicles with particulate filters , remapping of the ECU is mandatory to avoid possible warning signals from the “check engine light”. When installing the Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) on vehicles without particulate filters, remapping the ECU is recommended.

This system also fits vehicles equipped with an Otto particulate filter (OPF).

This product does not fit the standard 911 GT3 (992) version.
