The Eventuri Cayenne V6 intake system consists of a number of components that have been designed to fulfil a specific purpose and are manufactured to the highest standards. We use 100% pre-preg carbon fibre with no fibreglass, meaning we can achieve a smooth internal surface to maintain smoother airflow. Here are the details for each component and the design philosophy behind it:

Every intake system consists of:

• Enlarged carbon fiber air box cover
• Carbon fiber current collector
• 2 x Custom High Flow Dry Cone Filters
• Custom made EPDM hose

ENLARGED AIRBOX COVER



The first limitation we had to overcome in order to drastically increase the total volume of the intake was the air box lid. The stock lid leaves a shallow opening for the flow collector and also limits the filter media used. By creating a raised area in the middle of the lid, we can create more space for a larger flow collector and also larger filters. The lid is made from prepreg carbon fiber and uses the same mounting points as the stock lid.





CARBON FLOW COLLECTOR & FILTERS



The flow collector directs airflow from the filters to the turbo inlet. The stock one is limited in size due to the stock cover, but once we removed that restriction we were able to dramatically increase the volume of our version. Additionally, this gave us the freedom to replace the stock filter with higher flow cone filters, which also have a larger total surface area. Our collector transitions smoothly to the turbo inlet to minimize turbulence and allow the turbo to operate with less restriction.



The complete system is merged to create an intake that improves on the stock air box in performance, aesthetics and sound.
