Akrapovic exhaust system for the Porsche cayenne S | E-hybrid V6 models from 2025

This product is manufactured from high-strength, lightweight titanium and features a central silencer with two pairs of distinctive, round, hand-crafted carbon tailpipes, which incorporate acoustic reflectors. These are designed to enhance the sound experience for both the driver and passengers. Valves on either side of the silencer control the gas flow, with housings cast internally. The weight is 44.8% (14.6 kg) lighter than the standard sports exhaust. A power increase of 4.2 kW (5.7 hp) at 5,950 rpm and a torque increase of 8.0 Nm at 2,150 rpm were achieved during testing on the Akrapovič dyno, compared to a Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé with a standard sports exhaust.

The harmonious and satisfying sound, perfectly matched to the engine’s operation, gives the impression of a V12 engine from the cabin. The specially developed control kit converts the Akrapovič exhaust system from a mechanical to a mechatronic system. The gas flow from each connection is directed to the silencer without annoying hissing or whistling, with peaks at specific frequencies being dampened for driving comfort. The sportier and more accentuated sound comes into its own during dynamic driving. The sound experience of the Evolution Line (Titanium) system is directly linked to the car’s driving behaviour, without compromising on comfort or sportiness. This product is ECE type-approved, with plug-and-play installation and without the need to reprogram the ECU.

An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available, which increases the acoustic pleasure of the Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust at lower revs and further amplifies the sound at higher revs.

When using the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, the ECE type-approval of the Evolution Line (Titanium) no longer applies.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is ECE type-approved for cars equipped with Otto/petrol particulate filters.
