1. Prices
The prices stated in the offer of products or services include VAT.
2. Payment
Payment is made by Ideal, Paypal or own bank transfer. When we have received confirmation that your payment has been received, we will process your order. JH Parts retains the right to ownership of the delivered goods until full payment has been received.
3. Delivery
As a customer, you are always assured of fast and correct delivery, because we send orders every day. If there is a problem with delivery, we will contact you. This can take place either by telephone or by e-mail.
4. Transport damage
If you discover transport damage when unpacking the goods, please keep the packaging material and contact the delivery company. The delivery company is responsible for the delivery and must determine whether the delivery will be replaced.
5. Ordering products that we normally do not have in stock
If you order products that we normally do not have in stock, we will also request full payment for the product in question. The product in question will be ordered as soon as the total payment has been credited to our bank account. We can order items for you that we do not have in stock.

6. Receipt of the order
When you receive the order, please check if everything is OK. Especially in the case of products that have been sprayed in color! We will not refund any expenses incurred where products have been supplied incorrectly or where products are defective or missing parts when painted by you.
7. Fit of products
Like all Carbon Fiber (CFRP) and FRP products on the market, the supplied product must be test fitted and prepared before installation. These parts often require modification such as trimming, sanding, filing or smoothing the surface to ensure the optimal fit. We DO NOT deal with OEM/genuine products, therefore the fit out of the box will not always be perfect. We recommend that you install these products by a company that has experience installing after-market body kits, not a standard company that simply repairs insurance claims. Images accurately represent the product installed by a professional installer.
8. Confidentiality
Your information - name, address and email - will only be used to deliver your order and to inform you or if a problem occurs with the delivery. You will also receive an order confirmation by email when you order online.
9. Order confirmation
Immediately after completing your online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This order confirmation contains an order number, a transaction number, the payment address of the payer and an overview of the ordered products. You should use the order number and/or transaction number if you have a question about your order.
10. Return Policy Regarding Internet Purchases
Our Private customers are entitled to 100% reimbursement on all purchases made online, up to 14 days after delivery of their order.
Administration costs and return to stock surcharges are always charged.
Goods returned after this time, and only after our express permission, may be subject to a minimum administration fee of 25%.
Products purchased to order must be immediately checked for transport damage & fit. This is because ONLY then can a replacement product be supplied from the manufacturer (Bumpers, front lips, side skirts & diffusers).
Have you purchased a product that clearly states *Please note, this is a custom made part and/or something that is not stated on the website itself. A minimum of 25% administration costs and return costs are charged. The customer must also return it at his own expense. Even if it is returned within 1 day. This is because it is a custom part that is made to order by the customer
Certain brands have a 25% return administration fee anyway. Ordered specifically for your car / motorcycle.

11. Returning the goods
If the customer returns the products, he must return them in the same condition as he received them. All costs incurred in connection with returning the goods will be borne by the customer. All products/goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. This must also include a copy of the original invoice.
Returns must be registered in your account, otherwise the return cannot be completed.
12. Cancellation of current order
Cancellation of a current order is possible, products that have not been delivered can be canceled without any problems, but there are certain brand products for which we have to charge cancellation costs. If this is not canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
This concerns the brands: Eventuri, Urban, Akrapovic, Wagner Tuning & FTP Motorsport.
13. No right of return
You are not entitled to compensation if any item received has been modified, sprayed or has undergone any other incorrect treatment that could affect the resale value of the product. All products that have been specially manufactured on the customer's instructions do not fall under the Distance Selling Act because the customer himself has been involved in the development of the product.
14. Refund
Refunds to the buyer will be made in cash or by internet banking. Customers who wish to receive a refund via internet banking must provide us with their details in advance.
Refunds will be paid within 4 weeks after return delivery.
15. Returns Policy / Warranty / Damaged Products
The customer has the right to return the relevant product for warranty up to 1 month after the date of purchase of the product. For specific products with prior approval, this period can be extended. Goods or products subject to vandalism, destruction or poor installation/application are not covered by this policy.
Warranty on products that show defects within 1 month on suspension and/or mounting points are ONLY covered by the warranty if they have been installed by us JH Parts at Lloydsweg 28E in Veendam. If this has not been done, there is NO warranty on the parts.
16. Return of damaged goods
To return Warranty/damaged goods, the buyer must return the products in the condition they were received. All costs incurred in connection with returning the goods will be borne by the customer. All products/goods must be returned in their original packaging. This must also include a copy of the original invoice. Shipments sent with a “Cash on delivery” statement will not be accepted.
17. Processing process and time
Customers should note that any products returned under warranty/damaged must be accepted as such by the product manufacturer/supplier before any item will be refunded or exchanged. In this situation, the treatment time cannot be determined in advance. In exceptional cases, products can be returned immediately. We can supply the customer, at retail price and subject to our stock, with a replacement product identical to the returned product. The returned products will be refunded subject to acceptance of liability by us or our suppliers.
18. General information about returning products
We would like to note that the products or goods must be returned to our business address.
19. Consumer law
Your internet order is subject to Dutch law. No compensation will be paid for damage caused by the installation of products that have been delivered incorrectly, this also applies to loss caused by the loss of man hours.
20. MOT inspection
Products that may or may not be TÜV approved, we cannot provide any guarantee regarding the MOT approval on your car. If you have purchased products from us, this is at the buyer's own risk. This is also because MOT approval rules can be changed every year.
21. Deductible
Products that are installed by us (JHParts) or third parties cannot be held liable for any error codes and/or damage that occur AFTER the installation of products. We only work with aftermarket products and NOT original products. This can sometimes cause an error code and/or malfunction. This is all done at YOUR OWN risk.
22. Disclaimer
We reserve the right to change prices, content, descriptions, conditions, etc. at any time without notice. Any agreement with JH Parts regarding orders One of products is binding when an employee has executed the order. Special offers apply while supplies last.
